MegaMan Battle Network 4 Blue Moon is one of those GBA gems that mixes RPG and real-time combat in a way that still feels fresh. You play as Lan and his NetNavi MegaMan, diving into cyberspace to fight viruses with a deck of Battle Chips—kinda like a card game, but way more frantic. The Blue Moon version has some exclusive chips and bosses you won’t find in the Red Sun edition, like the gravity-warping CosmoMan.
At first, the chip system feels overwhelming—do you go for swords, cannons, or something weirder?—but once you get the hang of chaining attacks, battles turn into this fast-paced puzzle where you’re scrambling to counter whatever the enemy throws at you. The story’s a bit goofy (standard "save the net from evil hackers" stuff), but the real draw is tweaking your folder and hunting down rare chips. If you’ve got a soft spot for GBA-era action-RPGs, this one’s worth dusting off.
