Megaman Zero 3 on the GBA is one of those games that just feels good to play—tight controls, slick movement, and that classic Zero action. You start off with a quick mission to shake off the rust, slashing through reploids and dodging attacks like it’s second nature. Then, bam, you’re thrown into the deep end with a boss fight that’ll test your reflexes right away.
The new weapon upgrades are a nice touch—I stuck with the Z-Saber most of the time, but the Chain Rod actually surprised me with how fun it was for pulling enemies in. And the cyber-elf system? Way less annoying than in the first game. You can actually use them without feeling guilty now.
Soundtrack’s full of bangers too—that Neo Arcadia theme still pops into my head sometimes. If you’re into fast-paced action with just enough challenge to keep you on your toes, this one’s a no-brainer.
