Super Mario : The Last Quest Game

Super Mario: The Last GBA Quest is one of those weird little fan-made Mario adventures you stumble across—it's got that classic GBA feel, but with some janky charm. You start off with the usual running and jumping, but then it throws in these odd power-ups and levels that feel just slightly off from the official games. Like, why is there a fire flower that shoots in three directions? Not complaining, though.
The sprites are clearly ripped from other Mario titles, but someone put real effort into stitching them together into something new. Some of the platforming gets frustrating—expect a few cheap deaths—but there’s something satisfying about beating a level that feels like it wasn’t playtested enough. If you’ve burned through all the official Mario Advance games and want something rough around the edges, this might scratch that itch.
