Alright, so Scooby-Doo and the Cyber Chase on GBA is basically like playing through one of those old-school Saturday morning cartoons—except you're in control. You start off as Scooby or Shaggy (Fred, Velma, and Daphne unlock later), running through these weird digital worlds that feel like someone dumped a bunch of classic Scooby episodes into a glitchy computer. The first level’s got these floating platforms and ghosts that pop out of nowhere—classic jump-scare material, but nothing too scary.
The controls are simple—jump, dash, and occasionally use items—but the real fun is switching between characters to solve puzzles. Velma’s the brains (obviously), Fred’s got this weirdly strong trap-throwing arm, and Daphne… well, she’s fast, I guess. The pixel art actually holds up pretty well, and the music’s got that goofy, bouncy Scooby vibe.
It’s not super hard, but some of the later levels get sneaky with hidden switches and backtracking. And yeah, you’ll hear "zoinks" a lot. Like, a lot. If you grew up with the movies or just want a chill platformer with some light puzzle-solving, this one’s a solid pick. Just don’t expect it to reinvent the wheel—it’s pure, silly Scooby comfort food.
