Okay, so this is the DS version of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part 1, and honestly? It's way more intense than the usual Hogwarts stuff. No more sneaking around the castle—you're out in the wild, dodging Snatchers and casting spells like your life depends on it (because, well, it kinda does).
First thing you'll notice: the combat's actually pretty solid. Swiping the stylus to cast Expelliarmus or Stupefy feels surprisingly good, though good luck not flailing when a Death Eater pops up out of nowhere. The stealth sections? A bit janky, but hiding under the Invisibility Cloak while patrols walk past still gives that "please don't see me" adrenaline rush.
Biggest surprise? Ron and Hermione aren’t just tagging along—you switch between all three, and each has their own skills. Hermione’s the puzzle solver, Ron’s... well, mostly there to complain, but hey, it’s accurate. Just don’t expect open-world exploration—this is straight-up survival, one cursed forest and crumbling safehouse at a time.
If you’re into the books or movies, it’s a neat (if slightly clunky) way to relive the darker parts of the story. Just keep your stylus charged—you’ll need it.
