Iron Man 2 on DS is basically you suiting up as Tony Stark and blasting through enemies with repulsor beams—which, honestly, never gets old. The controls are simple enough (fly with the stylus, shoot with buttons), but dodging missiles while locked in a dogfight over some city skyline still feels surprisingly intense for a handheld game.
You start off in the Mark IV armor, taking out waves of drones before the story kicks in. The missions are short and arcade-y, perfect for quick sessions, though some of the later boss fights will make you retry a few times. Graphics are decent for the DS—explosions look chunky but satisfying, and the suit upgrades actually change how you play. Not gonna lie, the ground combat feels a bit clunky compared to flying, but hey, you’re Iron Man. You’re supposed to be in the air.
If you’re into superhero games that don’t overcomplicate things, this one’s a solid pick.
