Ginga No Sannin is one of those weird, obscure NES RPGs that feels like it got lost in translation—literally. It's a stripped-down, kinda janky Famicom version of a PC game called Chikyuu Senshi Rayieza, but Nintendo tweaked it so much it barely resembles the original. You’ve got this sci-fi adventure with turn-based battles, but everything moves at this weird, stilted pace, like the hardware was fighting the game the whole time.
First few minutes? You’re thrown into some space drama with clunky menus and enemies that look like they were drawn in five minutes. The music’s actually not bad—typical NES bleeps and bloops, but catchy in that "I’ll hum this later and annoy everyone" way. If you’re into retro curiosities, it’s a neat time capsule, but don’t expect a hidden gem. Just a strange little relic from when Nintendo was experimenting with anything that’d fit on a cartridge.
