Dr. Mario Game

Dr. Mario on NES is that classic puzzle game where you’re dropping colored pills to match and clear viruses—basically Tetris with a medical twist. The viruses look like little pixelated germs, and Mario’s in his lab coat throwing down two-tone capsules. At first, it seems simple, but then the speed ramps up and suddenly you’re frantically rotating pills before they stack too high.
The music’s weirdly catchy too—that "Fever" track gets stuck in your head for days. I always go for the high-dose mode because the faster pace makes it way more chaotic. It’s one of those games where you lose an hour without realizing it, just chasing that next level.
Still holds up if you’re into old-school puzzle games with a bit of Nintendo charm.
