About Transformers - Comvoy No Nazo (japan)
Transformers: Convoy no Nazo came out in 1986 for the Nintendo Entertainment System, published by ISCO. It was one of the many action games from that period, based on the Transformers cartoon, and it arrived when the NES library was rapidly expanding with licensed titles.
You control Autobot soldiers, switching between them to fight through side scrolling stages and overhead map areas. The main goal is to rescue Autobot leader Convoy, known as Optimus Prime elsewhere, from the Decepticons. Your character transforms between robot and vehicle modes; each form has different movement and attack options, which you use to navigate stages and shoot enemies. The game is known for its high difficulty, with limited continues and precise platforming required. Playing it feels like a constant struggle against the controls and enemy placements.
