WWF No Mercy is still one of the best wrestling games ever made, and I’m not just saying that because of nostalgia. The moment you boot it up, you’re hit with that classic late-90s WWE vibe—The Rock’s eyebrow raise, Stone Cold’s middle finger, all the attitude era goodness. The controls feel surprisingly smooth for an N64 game, and within minutes, you’re pulling off suplexes, chair shots, and even climbing the turnbuckle like a pro.
What really sets it apart is the career mode—you actually get invested in rivalries, title shots, and backstage brawls. And yeah, the character creator is shockingly deep for its time. Spent way too many hours making ridiculous custom wrestlers just to see them get destroyed by Mankind. Multiplayer’s where it really shines though—nothing beats three friends shouting at the screen while someone gets pinned after a last-second reversal.
If you’ve ever wanted to tombstone your little brother through a table, this is the game for you.
