Paperboy on N64 is basically the same chaotic bike-riding mess from the arcade, just with slightly chunkier graphics. You’re pedaling through suburban hell, trying to toss newspapers onto porches while dodging everything from rogue lawnmowers to angry dogs—half the time, you’ll end up crashing into a mailbox anyway. The controls take a second to get used to, but there’s something weirdly satisfying about nailing a perfect throw through someone’s window (accidentally or not).
It’s one of those games where failure is funnier than success, especially when you wipe out spectacularly after hitting a sidewalk crack. The soundtrack’s got that classic midi jingle that’ll stick in your head for days. If you played the original, you already know what you’re in for—just with more awkward N64 analog stick aiming.
