Phantom Hourglass is one of those Zelda games that feels different but still nails that classic adventure vibe. You’re drawing paths for your boat with the stylus, tapping enemies to slash them—it’s weirdly satisfying once you get used to it. The dungeons are full of those "aha!" moments where you scribble some dumb solution on a block and suddenly a door opens. Also, the Temple of the Ocean King? Brutal at first, but you’ll learn to love-hate it.
Honestly, the touch controls make it stand out from other Zelda titles—no buttons, just you and the stylus. It’s got that DS charm where the gimmicks actually work instead of feeling forced. If you’ve got a soft spot for handheld Zelda, this one’s worth the time.
