Two key mechanics define the game: the Story Mode, where you and a partner work through interconnected screens on a shared map, and the new ability to hold a capsule in reserve for later use. The game starts gently but the pacing quickens, with later levels demanding fast decisions as the viruses pile up. It feels like a race against a rising fever, where a single misdrop can cascade into a loss.
