Doom 64 (E) game

Doom 64 is basically the moody, underrated cousin of the original Doom games—darker, creepier, and with that weirdly hypnotic N64 aesthetic. You’re still blasting demons, but everything’s got this eerie glow to it, like the walls are sweating hell-energy. The levels twist and turn more than the classic ones, and half the time you’re fumbling in the shadows for a key while some unseen imp cackles at you from the ceiling.

The soundtrack’s all ambient groans and distant screams, which somehow makes the shotgun feel even louder when you finally find ammo. And yeah, the graphics got a bump—those pixelated fireballs actually look like they’ll hurt now. It’s not just nostalgia bait; it’s a legit tense, slow-burn FPS that makes you jump at door creaks. If you missed this back in the day, it holds up stupidly well.
