Digimon World - Dusk is one of those DS RPGs that just pulls you in—especially if you’re into monster-raising games with a bit of strategy. You start off picking your first Digimon (I went with a rookie-level one, but honestly, some of the weirder evolutions surprised me later). The battles feel tactical, not just button-mashing, and figuring out how to evolve your Digimon into specific forms is half the fun.
The world’s got that classic Digimon vibe—bright, a little chaotic, and packed with creatures to recruit or fight. The story’s not groundbreaking, but it’s got enough mystery to keep you moving. And yeah, grinding is a thing, but when your Digimon finally hits that perfect evolution, it’s weirdly satisfying. If you liked the old-school Digimon games, this one’s a solid pick.
