Another Code: Two Memories is one of those DS games that sticks with you—part mystery, part emotional journey, and all atmosphere. You play as Ashley, a girl who gets a letter from her supposedly dead father leading her to this eerie, fog-drenched island. The second you step off the boat, it feels like every crumbling mansion and overgrown path has something to hide.
What I love is how the puzzles actually make you use the DS. You’ll flip the system shut to "copy" a key impression, tap notes in Ashley’s diary to piece together clues, or blow into the mic to clear dust off old photos. It’s not just gimmicks—it pulls you deeper into the story. And that story? Way heavier than I expected, with twists about family and memory that hit hard by the end.
Fair warning: it’s a slow burn, more about mood and detective work than action. But if you’re into unraveling secrets at your own pace, this one’s a gem. Just don’t blame me when you start side-eyeing every locked drawer in real life.
