We're Back! came out in 1993 for the Game Boy, published by Hi Tech Expressions. It was part of that wave of licensed games based on the animated dinosaur movie, a familiar sight on the handheld during that era. You don't see many people talking about it now, but it was another cartridge you might have rented or gotten as a gift.

You control a little dinosaur named Rex, navigating through side scrolling levels. Your main goal is to rescue your dinosaur friends who are trapped in cages. You run, jump across platforms, and headbutt enemies to knock them out. The game is structured level by level, and you collect fruit for points and extra lives. The pacing is fairly quick, but some of the platforming can be tricky, demanding precise jumps. It feels like a straightforward action game from that time, a simple challenge to complete on a small screen.
