Okay, so Scooby-Doo on SNES is basically like playing through one of those classic cartoon episodes—except you're in control. You start off with the gang split up in some haunted mansion (of course), and you switch between Scooby, Shaggy, Fred, and the others to search rooms for clues while dodging cheesy-looking ghosts. The pixel art’s got that bright, cartoony vibe, and the music? Total nostalgia trip.
At first, I kept running into the same dumb traps because I wasn’t paying attention to the hints—like, yeah, maybe don’t step on the obviously wobbly floorboard. Each character has their own little quirks too; Velma’s better at solving puzzles, while Scooby can sniff out hidden items. And of course, the villains are all just guys in masks, but some of them actually put up a decent chase before you yank off their disguise.
It’s not super deep, but if you grew up watching the show, it’s a fun little time capsule. Just don’t expect anything groundbreaking—it’s pure, silly Scooby-Doo.
