Super Mario World 2 Yoshis Island (snes) Game

Oh man, Yoshi's Island is one of those SNES gems that just holds up. You're not playing as Mario this time - instead, you're a whole crew of Yoshis carrying baby Mario through these wild, crayon-drawn levels. The art style is so charming, like a kid's sketchbook come to life.
What really gets me is how creative the levels are. One minute you're turning into a helicopter Yoshi, the next you're riding a giant snowball down a mountain. And that crying baby Mario mechanic? Annoying at first, but it adds this fun tension when you're scrambling to get him back after taking a hit.
The music's got that classic SNES charm too - bouncy, playful tunes that get stuck in your head for days. It's way more than just a Mario sequel - it's its own weird, wonderful thing. Still one of my favorite platformers after all these years.
