Super Bomberman 5 is one of those SNES classics that still holds up if you're into chaotic multiplayer mayhem. You drop bombs, blow up walls, and try to outmaneuver your friends (or the surprisingly sneaky AI) in tight little arenas. The controls are simple—just run and bomb—but matches get wild fast when power-ups start flying around. I always go for the extra blast radius first, though kicking bombs is a close second.

Single-player’s fun too, with themed worlds and some weird boss fights (why is there a giant penguin?). It’s not as polished as later entries, but the sheer speed and unpredictability make it a blast with a group. Just don’t blame me when someone screen-cheats.
