Excitebike 64 is one of those N64 racers that actually makes you feel like you're wrestling with a bike instead of just steering a fast rectangle. The physics are surprisingly weighty—land wrong off a jump, and you'll eat dirt hard. Tracks twist through deserts, forests, and even a volcano, with some wild shortcuts if you're brave enough to take the risk.
At first, I kept wiping out on tight turns, but once you get the hang of leaning into jumps and timing your boosts, it clicks. The two-player mode is where it really shines though—nothing like shoulder-checking your friend mid-air and watching them faceplant. Still holds up if you're into that old-school arcade racing vibe.
