Duck Dodgers on N64 is basically Daffy Duck unleashed in space, and it’s exactly as chaotic as that sounds. You’ll bounce between planets, blasting robots with a ray gun, doing some surprisingly tricky platforming, and listening to Daffy’s ridiculous one-liners the whole time. The levels are bright, cartoony, and packed with little Looney Tunes gags—like Marvin the Martian popping up to mess with you.
At first, the controls feel a little stiff (it is an N64 game), but once you get used to the jetpack and the weird gravity shifts, it’s a blast. Some of the puzzles had me scratching my head—there’s one with floating minecarts that still gives me nightmares—but beating them feels satisfying. And yeah, the humor’s cheesy, but in that classic Looney Tunes way where you can’t help but laugh.
If you grew up on Saturday morning cartoons or just want something silly to play, this one’s a solid pick. Just don’t expect it to hold your hand.
