Ah, the NES Bomberman—classic stuff. You’re just this little guy running around a maze, dropping bombs to blow up walls and enemies. No multiplayer here, which is a bummer if you grew up with the later versions, but the single-player still holds up. The controls are simple (just move and place bombs), but the stages get trickier fast—enemies speed up, mazes get more cramped, and suddenly you’re panicking because you boxed yourself in. The music’s got that old-school charm too, all bouncy and repetitive in the best way. It’s pure, straightforward arcade-style fun.
