Rad Racer came out for the Nintendo Entertainment System in 1987, developed by Square. It was one of the earlier racing games on the platform, arriving at a time when developers were still figuring out how to translate the arcade driving experience to a home console.

The main objective is simply to finish each of the eight tracks before your time runs out.
