

Final Fantasy V Advance is one of those classic JRPGs that just sticks with you. The job system is where it really shines—you can mix and match classes like Blue Mage and Dragoon to create some seriously broken combos (or just goof around with a party of bards, if that’s your thing).
Yeah, they changed some names from the PS version, which is kinda weird—Reina’s now Lenna, and it takes a minute to adjust. But the tweaked GBA controls feel snappier, and the extra dungeons they added are brutal in the best way. The story’s got that old-school charm too, with moments that’ll hit you right in the nostalgia. Still holds up.
