Fido Dido (proto) Game

Fido Dido (Proto) for the Sega Genesis is one of those weird little bits of gaming history—a game based on a cartoon mascot who bounced around 7-Up ads in the '90s. You might remember his spiky hair and laid-back attitude from old soda cans or school notebooks.
The game itself never officially released, so this prototype is all we’ve got. It’s a platformer where Fido runs, jumps, and probably does something with soda (because of course he does). The controls feel a little stiff, but there’s charm in its janky, unfinished state—like digging up a forgotten commercial from the era when every brand wanted their own Sonic the Hedgehog.
If you’re into obscure Genesis curiosities, this one’s a neat time capsule.
