Donald Duck on NES is one of those weirdly charming platformers from the late '80s where Disney characters somehow ended up in action games. You play as Donald, jumping across floating islands, dodging weird enemies (why are there sentient apples trying to kill him?), and collecting gems. The controls are a little stiff—typical for the era—but there's something oddly satisfying about bouncing on springs and finding hidden paths.

It’s not the hardest game out there, but some of the later levels get surprisingly tricky. And yeah, the music is that classic NES chip-tune stuff that either gets stuck in your head or drives you nuts after an hour. If you’re into retro platformers with a side of cartoon chaos, it’s a fun little time capsule.
