Okay, so Yoshi's Universal Gravitation is one of those weird little GBA gems that makes you tilt your handheld like a maniac. You play as Yoshi, but here’s the twist—the whole world flips and tilts based on how you move the Game Boy itself. Need to cross a gap? Tilt left to slide platforms into place. Enemies coming at you? Shake the thing to make Yoshi stomp.
It sounds gimmicky (and yeah, sometimes it is), but there’s something oddly satisfying about physically wrestling with your GBA to line up jumps. The levels get pretty creative—floating islands, spinning gears, all that—though I won’t lie, some sections had me holding the console at bizarre angles just to survive. If you’re into quirky platformers or just miss when Nintendo took weird hardware risks, this one’s a trip.
Just don’t play it in public unless you’re cool with looking like you’re trying to shake a bug out of your system.
