Spyro Adventure Game

Okay, so Spyro Adventure on the GBA isn’t the full console experience—it’s a scaled-down version, but honestly? It still nails that classic Spyro feel. You start off gliding between tiny islands, torching sheep (because of course), and collecting gems like a dragon with a serious hoarding problem. The controls take a second to get used to—expect a few accidental cliff dives at first—but once it clicks, it’s weirdly satisfying to just bounce around these bite-sized levels.
The graphics are surprisingly bright for a GBA game, and the music’s got that upbeat, slightly chaotic energy Spyro’s known for. Some of the later puzzles get sneaky, like hiding keys behind breakable walls or timing flame breaths just right. It’s not super deep, but if you’re craving a quick, nostalgic platformer for short bursts, this one’s got charm. Just don’t expect Reignited Trilogy levels of polish.
Also, pro tip: Charge-attacking everything that moves is usually the answer.
