Pocket Bomberman is this weird little Game Boy spin-off where you're still dropping bombs, but everything's tiny and way more chaotic. The story's classic Bomberman nonsense—some dude named Babylon blocks out the sun (rude), so you gotta blow up your way through these cramped, maze-like levels to fix it.
What's cool is how they shrunk everything down. You're still dodging explosions and kicking bombs, but the screen scrolls as you move, and enemies come at you fast. At first I kept getting cornered because the space feels tighter than regular Bomberman, but once you get used to it, chaining explosions feels oddly satisfying.
It's got that "one more try" energy when you barely lose to some cheap enemy spawn. Not the deepest Bomberman game, but perfect for quick sessions. The sun never stood a chance.
