Bomberman GB is the pocket-sized version of the classic bomb-dropping chaos you know, but with a few twists. You start off in these tight little mazes, planting bombs to blast through walls and take out enemies—simple at first, but then the layouts get sneaky. Some levels have teleporters that'll throw you across the map if you're not careful, and those bouncing bomb upgrades? Total game-changer.

It's got that classic Bomberman feel, just squished down for the Game Boy. The music's catchy in that old-school way, and the controls are dead simple (d-pad and two buttons—that's it). I kept getting stuck on the later stages where the enemies actually dodge your explosions, which was equal parts frustrating and satisfying when you finally nail them.

If you've got a soft spot for retro puzzle-action, this one's a solid time-killer.
