Bomberman GB is that perfect little Game Boy version of the classic bomb-dropping chaos. You start off in these tight maze-like levels, and at first it feels simple—just place a bomb, run away, watch stuff explode. But then the enemies get smarter, the layouts get trickier, and suddenly you're frantically trying to trap that one stupid balloon enemy that keeps dodging your blasts.

The pixel art holds up surprisingly well, and there's something satisfying about the way the explosions chain-react through the brick walls. I remember getting stuck on a few levels where you have to time your bombs just right to open up paths without trapping yourself. Classic Bomberman frustration, but in the best way.

If you've got a Game Boy (or an emulator), this one's a solid pick for quick sessions or that "just one more try" addiction. It's pure, simple, and still weirdly tense when you're down to the last enemy.
