Looney Tunes Racing came out for the Game Boy Color in 2000, published by Infogrames. It was part of that wave of handheld kart racers trying to capture some of the magic from the bigger console games, but with simpler graphics and controls suited for the small screen.
You pick a character like Bugs Bunny or Daffy Duck and race them across tracks inspired by the cartoons. The main goal is straightforward: finish first. You can collect items like anvils or rockets to attack other racers or defend yourself, and you also have a turbo boost that builds up as you drift around corners. The races are quick, and the computer opponents can be surprisingly aggressive, making it a challenge to stay in the lead. It feels like a chaotic, fast-paced scramble from start to finish.
