Pac-Man & Pac-Attack was released for the Game Boy Color, a two-in-one cartridge that bundled a port of the original Pac-Man with the puzzle game Pac-Attack. In the Pac-Man portion, you guide the yellow circle through mazes, eating dots while avoiding the four colored ghosts. Your main goal is to clear each screen of all dots, using power pellets to temporarily turn the tables and eat the ghosts. Pac-Attack, on the other hand, is a falling-block puzzle game where you control Pac-Man himself, arranging descending ghosts and blocks to create and clear horizontal lines. The key mechanics involve rotating and sliding the falling pairs to fit them together, while Pac-Man can be moved across the bottom to eliminate ghosts when they touch a completed line.
