About Contra Spirits
Konami released Contra Spirits for the Game Boy in 1994, a time when the handheld was full of ambitious action games. This title was part of the long running Contra series, bringing its particular style of run and gun action to a portable screen. It felt like a natural fit for the hardware, even with the smaller display.
You control a lone soldier fighting through alien infested terrain. Your main goal is to survive the onslaught and destroy the enemy forces across several side scrolling stages.
