So this is one of those GBA X-Men games where you swap between Wolverine, Iceman, and Nightcrawler—each with their own moveset. Wolverine slashes, Iceman shoots ice beams (obviously), and Nightcrawler teleports around like he’s showing off. The levels are pretty straightforward beat-em-ups with some light platforming, though Nightcrawler’s sections feel way smoother since you can just zip past enemies.
Honestly, the controls are a little stiff compared to, say, Final Fight, but it’s fun seeing the different animations for each character. Iceman’s slide attack is weirdly satisfying, even if the enemy AI isn’t exactly genius. If you’re into Marvel games from this era, it’s a decent time-waster, just don’t expect anything mind-blowing.
