V-Rally on Game Boy is one of those racers that somehow makes tiny pixel cars feel fast and weighty. You’ve got a handful of real-world rally stages—dirt, snow, tarmac—and the handling’s surprisingly decent for a handheld this old. The cars fishtail just enough to make corners exciting without being punishing.

First race in, you’ll notice the perspective’s a weird mix of top-down and isometric, but after a few turns, it clicks.
