The Proud Family Game

If you grew up watching The Proud Family, this GBA game is like slipping right back into the cartoon—except now you're controlling Penny through all the chaos. The first thing you'll notice is how spot-on the art style is, with those exaggerated expressions and bright colors straight out of the show.
You start off dealing with typical Penny problems—navigating school drama, dodging Oscar’s over-the-top antics, and trying not to lose it when Suga Mama butts in with her "advice." The gameplay’s a mix of light platforming and mini-games, like serving up disasters at the family diner or outrunning Trudy’s latest overprotective scheme. Some of the puzzles had me stuck longer than I’d like to admit (why is Suga Mama’s crossword so hard?), but the humor keeps it from ever feeling frustrating.
It’s not the deepest GBA title out there, but if you’re into the show, it’s a solid little nostalgia trip. Just don’t expect Oscar to be any less embarrassing in pixel form.
