Ever tried herding a bunch of cavemen through a puzzle? That’s basically The Humans on SNES—you’re guiding these little dudes across levels full of cliffs, traps, and weirdly placed boulders. At first, it feels like a simple platformer, but then you realize you’ve got to stack them into human ladders, pass around torches, and sometimes just accept that one of them is absolutely going to fall into a pit.
The pixel art’s got this goofy charm—your tribe waddles around like they’ve just discovered walking, and the music’s weirdly catchy. Some puzzles are straightforward, others make you stare at the screen for five minutes before it clicks. It’s one of those games where failing is half the fun, honestly.
If you’re into old-school puzzle-platformers that don’t take themselves too seriously, this one’s a solid time. Just don’t blame me when you lose three humans to a poorly timed jump.
