Man, Lucky Luke on Game Boy takes me back. You start off in some dusty town, and right away you’re ducking behind barrels, quick-drawing on bandits, and trying not to get shot by the Daltons—those guys are everywhere. The pixel art’s got that classic comic book vibe, and the music? Pure cowboy spaghetti western stuff.
It’s not just shooting, though. You’ll be jumping saloon roofs, lassoing stuff (sometimes accidentally lassoing yourself), and figuring out weird little puzzles—like how to sneak past a sleeping sheriff without waking him. Took me a few tries to get the timing right on that one.
If you grew up with the comics, you’ll recognize all the little details—Lucky’s stupidly fast draw, Jolly Jumper trotting around, even Rantanplan being, well, Rantanplan. But even if you didn’t, it’s just a solid, goofy cowboy romp. Just watch out for those dynamite barrels. Learned that the hard way.
