WWF WrestleMania on SNES is pure 90s arcade chaos—no realism, just over-the-top wrestling with cartoonish punches, ridiculous power-ups, and wrestlers who move like they’re made of rubber. You’ve got guys like Bret Hart and Undertaker throwing fireballs or turning into stone statues mid-match. It’s ridiculous, but in the best way.
The controls are simple—button-mashing works fine at first—but you’ll quickly realize there’s some weird timing to the special moves. Took me a few matches to stop accidentally clotheslining myself out of the ring. The crowd goes nuts for every slam, and the announcer’s voice cracks so hard it’s almost charming. This isn’t a deep sim, just dumb fun with friends.
If you’re looking for a serious wrestling game, keep walking. But if you want to see Doink the Clown bounce around like a spring, this is your jam.
