Man, The Ninja Warriors on SNES is one of those side-scrollers that just feels good to play. You pick between three cyber-ninjas—each with their own slick moves—and just tear through waves of enemies like a blender set to "destroy." Kunai, spinning kicks, screen-clearing specials—it’s all here, and the controls are butter-smooth.
The pixel art still holds up, too. Bright colors, huge character sprites, and these little details like sparks flying when blades clash. And that soundtrack? Pure 16-bit adrenaline, all synth and bass that somehow makes slicing up robots even cooler.
It’s not super deep, but sometimes you just wanna feel overpowered while dodging bullets and kicking dudes into explosive barrels. Classic arcade-style fun with just enough challenge to keep you hitting continue. If you missed this one back in the day, it’s aged way better than most beat ‘em ups.
