Super Bonk (or Super Genjin if you're playing the Japanese version) is this weird, hyperactive platformer where you play as a caveman with a comically oversized head. It's the first SNES entry in the Bonk series, and honestly, it feels like someone fed a Saturday morning cartoon into a game engine.
You'll bounce around trippy levels—one minute you're smacking dinosaurs with your forehead, the next you're riding a giant pink cat through a candy-colored nightmare. The power-ups are ridiculous too: turn into a balloon, grow to kaiju size, or just start floating around like you’ve had too much prehistoric soda. It’s janky in that classic 16-bit way, but the sheer chaos makes it hard to put down.
If you’ve played the TurboGrafx Bonk games, this one’s way weirder—but that’s not necessarily a bad thing.
