About Super Conflict
Super Conflict came out for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System in 1993, published by Vic Tokai. It was a time when strategy games were finding a solid foothold on consoles, and this one offered a more direct, tactical experience compared to the sprawling epics of the era.
You control fleets of military units, moving them across a grid based map to conquer enemy bases. The main objective is to eliminate all opposing forces on each mission. Key mechanics include managing different unit types with rock paper scissors style advantages, like bombers being strong against battleships, and capturing neutral factories to produce reinforcements.
