RockMan EXE 4 Tournament Blue Moon is one of those GBA gems that still holds up if you're into tactical chip battles. You're basically diving into cyberspace as MegaMan, slinging Battle Chips in grid-based fights that feel like a mix of card games and turn-based strategy. The Blue Moon version tweaks some chips and bosses from the original, so if you've played Red Sun, it's familiar but just different enough to mess with your usual strategies.
First 10 minutes? You'll be customizing your folder—which chips to bring, how to chain them—and then immediately getting thrown into fights where positioning matters way more than you'd think. The internet areas look like old-school dungeon crawls, but the real meat is in the battles. Some of the later Navis hit like a truck if you're not prepared, but that's half the fun.
Also, the tournament structure gives it a weirdly addictive "one more round" vibe. It's definitely a product of its time, but if you like tight, fast-paced combat with a side of deck-building, this one's still a blast.
