Phantasy Star Collection (u)(mode7) Game

If you're into classic JRPGs, the Phantasy Star Collection on GBA is a solid little time capsule. It bundles the first few games from Sega's early sci-fi RPG series—you get that mix of fantasy and lasers that somehow just works. The pixel art still holds up, especially on the Game Boy Advance's screen, and there's something charming about how these games wear their 80s/90s influences on their sleeve.
Fair warning: the first game feels a bit rough by modern standards (no automaps? really?), but Phantasy Star II and IV are where the series starts hitting its stride. Dungeons get meaner, the story gets weirder, and the soundtrack somehow makes bleeps and bloops feel epic. It's not the fanciest collection out there, but if you want to see where a lot of JRPG tropes got their start, this is a fun way to do it.
Just don't expect any fancy remasters—this is straight-up emulation with a few save state conveniences.
