Mario's Double Trouble Game

Mario's Double Trouble is one of those weird little SNES gems that never got the spotlight it deserved. You start off thinking it's just another Mario platformer, but then the gimmick hits—you control two Marios at once, one red and one blue, mirroring each other's moves. Sounds simple, but the level design gets devious fast, forcing you to think about spacing and timing in ways no other Mario game does.
At first, I kept getting the two Marios stuck on opposite sides of a pit or accidentally bouncing one into spikes. But once it clicks, there's something oddly satisfying about nailing a perfect synchronized jump over a gap while dodging fireballs. The music's got that classic SNES charm too—peppy, slightly chaotic, and just the right vibe for a game where everything's doubled.
It's not Super Mario World, but it's way more interesting than it looks at first glance.
