Mario & Yoshi Game

Mario & Yoshi on the Game Boy is this weird little puzzle game that feels like Tetris but with a Nintendo twist. You’re dropping eggs (because, of course, Yoshi’s involved) to match colors and clear rows—except sometimes the eggs hatch into little guys that mess up your plans. It’s simple at first, but then the speed picks up, and suddenly you’re frantically rotating eggs while the music gets way too intense for how cute everything looks.
Honestly, I thought it’d be a throwaway Mario spin-off, but it’s got that "just one more try" pull. The controls are tight, and the sprite work is classic Game Boy charm. If you dig puzzle games with a side of Nintendo nostalgia, this one’s a solid time-waster.
