Looney Tunes B-Ball is exactly what it sounds like—a ridiculous, over-the-top basketball game where the rules barely matter and Tasmanian Devil might just spin-dunk on your head. You pick a team of two Looney Tunes characters (Bugs and Daffy are the obvious choice, but don’t sleep on Tweety’s weirdly good three-pointers), and then it’s just pure chaos: elbows flying, players gliding halfway across the court mid-jump, and power-ups that turn the ball into a literal bomb.
The first time I played, I lost by 30 points because I kept laughing at the animations—Taz dunking involves him turning into a tiny tornado. The controls are simple enough that you can pick it up fast, but there’s some sneaky depth if you figure out how to chain passes into alley-oops. And yeah, the graphics are bright and cartoony, just like the show, complete with those little visual gags when someone fouls.
It’s not NBA Jam, but if you want a basketball game where the refs don’t care and Sylvester the Cat can somehow block a shot while holding a sandwich, this is it.
