Street Fighter Ii Turbo (beta) Game

Man, Street Fighter II Turbo on the Genesis still hits different. The second you boot it up, that classic "Round 1, FIGHT!" hits your ears, and suddenly you're back in the arcade—except now you're on your couch, mashing buttons like it's 1993. Ryu's fireballs feel chunkier here than in later versions, and Chun-Li's lightning legs sound like someone drumming on a tin can (in the best way).
The beta version’s got this weird charm—some animations are slightly off, like Guile’s hair clipping through his headband during a flash kick. But that just makes it feel more raw. You’ll spend the first 10 minutes trying to remember how to do a dragon punch, then immediately get wrecked by the CPU’s cheap-as-hell Vega. Worth it.
If you’ve got a buddy around, it’s pure chaos—two people yelling over who actually landed the last hit while Dhalsim’s stretchy limbs fill the screen. This isn’t the polished HD remake; it’s the one you played with pizza grease on the controller.
